2. Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmed within 15 minutes via Email / SMS / WhatsApp
Booking reference number shared

3. Vehicle Preparation & Deployment

Assigned vehicle undergoes:

Full vehicle check & exterior wash

Availability of tissue papers, water bottles, and other in-vehicle amenities

GPS & panic button functionality check

➡ Driver Briefing Includes:

Client expectations and behavior standards

Duty slip with full job details handed over

4. Pre-Reporting Notifications

4–6 hours before reporting time:
Vehicle & driver details shared with Client and Booker

6. Completion & Closure
